◎ Education & Professional Experience: Graduated from the Second Military Medical University in 1984 with a bachelor’s degree. Specialized in vitreoretinal surgery at the Department of Ophthalmology, Prince of Wales Hospital, The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1993 to 1994. Earned his master’s degree in Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1997. Transferred from the Department of Ophthalmology, Chinese PLA General Hospital to the Department of Ophthalmology, China-Japan Friendship Hospital in July 2010.

◎ Professional Expertise: He has long been engaged in the treatment of ocular trauma and clinical diagnosis and treatment of vitreoretinal diseases with extensive clinical experience. He specializes in surgeries for open ocular trauma repair, intraocular foreign body removal, post-traumatic tissue and visual rehabilitation, proliferative diabetic retinopathy, ocular fundus hemorrhage, retinal detachment, etc. He is also skilled in anterior segment surgeries such as phacoemulsification with intraocular lens implantation for cataract and trabeculectomy for glaucoma.

◎ Academic Achievements & Honors: Published more than 80 papers in influential academic journals at home and abroad. His research papers on basic and clinical treatment of ocular trauma, surgical treatment of vitreous hemorrhage, diabetic retinopathy and macular edema have been presented at international ophthalmology conferences in the United States, Europe, Japan and other countries. He has received 2 Second Class Awards for Military Medical Achievements and 1 Second Class Award from the Chinese Medical Association. In 2014, he was awarded the title of the 6th National Model Military Transferred Cadre.

◎ 学习工作经历：1984年毕业于第二军医大学，获学士学位；1993-1994年在香港中文大学医学院威尔斯亲王医院眼科专修玻璃体视网膜手术，1997年获香港中文大学眼科及视觉科学系硕士学位；2010年7月由北京解放军总医院眼科调至中日友好医院眼科工作。

◎ 专业特长：长期从事眼外伤的救治和玻璃体视网膜病变的临床诊治工作，具有丰富的临床经验。擅长开放性眼外伤的修复、眼内异物的取出和伤后组织及视力重建、增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变、眼底出血、视网膜脱离等手术；也擅长白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入手术、抗青光眼小梁切除等眼前节手术。

◎ 曾在国内外较有影响的学术期刊上发表论文80余篇。眼外伤基础和临床救治的研究、玻璃体出血的手术治疗和糖尿病视网膜病变及黄斑水肿治疗的研究论文曾先后在美国、欧洲及日本等国举办的国际眼科学会上交流。曾荣获全军医疗成果二等奖2项，中华医学会二等奖一项。2014年荣获第六届全国模范军队转业干部称号。
